FIR on Finance Minister For Electoral Bonds

The controversy around the electoral bonds ceases to die down. Although the bonds have been debarred by the Supreme Court of India, politics over it continues unabated.  Recently, a FIR was filed against the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, and others in which the complaint stated that the central agencies were used as a tool to "force” corporates to buy electoral bonds, thus unduly favoring the ruling party.

In the sketch, I have represented the economy a traffic, with the finance minister as the traffic police in the center of the circle. There are traffic signals, representing the government agencies, such as RBI, ED, IT department, and so on, controlling and managing the traffic. These are checks and balance inbuilt in the system of governance. This is NOT how the person who filed FIR thinks the system works. So, I have replaced a few traffic lights with scare crows, and the finance minister in the center with a remote controlling the scare crows.
